How are they used, you might wonder? Here are some great ways that we like to use them:
-Shake them up and watch the colors swirl
-Put them up to the light and see how the colors change or shadows glisten on the floor
-Put the whole rainbow up on the window sill and see how different the colors look. Do they reflect on the floor?
-Stack the bottles or put them upside down – watch the textures and glitters change – will they fall? which direction will the bubbles go?
-Practice identifying colors or color sorting
-Help your little one dance and move their body
-In heated situations, shake, shake, shake them and watch the glitter move, focusing on your breath until all the glitter falls to the bottom. When the glitter is done falling, then tackle those big emotions – hug it out, say you’re sorry, compose your words…
